Short Biography: Cat-Dan Lai is a 27 year-old writer who was born in Vietnam, and arrived in Canada as a political refugee when her family escaped by boat after the Vietnam War. Her writings reflect her passion for human rights and international experiences. Currently, she resides in England where she continues to promote multiculturalism.
